This is a meditative exercise encompassing the first 60 pages of a book by David Icke entitled: 'Everything You Need To Know But Have Never Been Told'. Irrespective of whether you agree with David's perspective or you agree with my critical reflections concerning that perspective, or you reject both points of view -- in whole or in part-- you should try to engage the contents of this document as a meta-meditation ... that is, a meditation on a meditation, and part of any meditative exercise is to observe not only where the exercise might take one but how and why one responds to whatever might occur during the course of the journey.
