The Daily Stand is a non-fiction book about my walk with the Lord and Spiritual Warfare fifty-plus years in the making.
This is Book One of the Exciting New Just To Be Clear Teaching Series-where True Clarity is the convergence of the Light, the Truth, and the Blood.
The book is a cumulation of fifty-plus years of personal experience and scripture exploring topics that Christian Believers need to know for today and in upcoming difficult times. As well as, for those of us who care about seeing change in the world, along with the Church.
The book will cover these and many other topics in an easy-to-read, non-religious, non-traditional, story-telling, humorous, but powerful way. Unbelievable stories that you'd think must be fiction-but they're not. It also covers how we're supposed to walk with the Lord in our daily lives in a very practical, real, and non-religious way. Then learn to Stand against ALL the evil that's running amuck in the Church and the world and how we as Believers have been given ALL the Authority to stop ALL of it. It's at the heart of how and what we as Believers must live and do on a daily basis.
Simply put: It teaches that to be able to Stand in God's Authority we must first learn to Walk in His Anointing in a true, real, and practical way.
My Story:
Over fifty years ago, as a teenager, I was dying of terminal cancer. I had just lost my mother to cancer and was going through terrible guilt, blaming myself for her death.
At that terrifying time in my life is when I met the Lord. It was early in the Charismatic Movement and a time of many miracles, including how I met Him and how He healed me of that cancer.
I started this book over forty years ago, but didn't pick it back up until going through CHF one and a half years ago. One month after CHF the Lord said pick up and finish the book. I searched everywhere for the two-inch-thick binder that had all my original notes-but it wasn't to be found.
So I told the Lord, Forget it. I'm not starting from scratch.
GOD LAUGHED.
So for the next two to three weeks, I was awakened in the middle of the night as all the old notes came flooding back. I could not go back to sleep for a minimum of two to four hours each night until I'd written pages of copious notes on my legal pad by flashlight in my bed.
At the end of that time, not only had the Lord given back all the original notes and scriptures, but had added all that He'd been teaching me as He'd humbled me in my forty years in the wilderness.
This book is the accumulation of that original book plus the next forty years of learning how we must first learn to walk with Papa God, by His Spirit, before we can walk in His Authority.
This book will allow the reader, as a Believer, to do the same.
I hope you find great value in the book. It may very well challenge many secular, Christian, western-world, religious, and (fake) spirituality that has been taught in the churches. It was written encompassing many scriptures, including the Greek and Hebrew, in a raw, non-typical, non-religious, story-telling, humorous, but powerful way.
I'm not a theologian nor do I claim to be one. My degrees are in EE, IT, and CS which I've used to run my Software Company for the last forty-five years.
So, this book is written from just a regular plain ol' believer who's walked with the True and Living God for the last fifty plus years by His Grace alone.
