Conversations with Jesus through the Gospel is a devotional tool that provides a unique way of interacting with Jesus through his story in Matthew. The pronouns about Jesus have been changed from he to you so that we are no longer reading about Him but conversing with Him about His life. This small change moves us from observer to someone engaged. Jesus is known in a deeper way when we have a conversation with Him about his life. It no longer reads like a history but is a conversation with the main character, Jesus Christ and His life experiences.
