Curitiba, the capital of Paraná State in southern Brazil, has become a global model for urban development, environmental preservation, and public transit. This book explores Curitiba's pioneering role in developing Bus Rapid Transit alongside integrated urban and metropolitan planning, offering valuable lessons for cities worldwide.
