A book designed to open up the idea of coping mechanism in a different capacity based on autobiographical aspects of the author's life. A story built and begins to form from the waters in which they begin. What does it mean to come back from trauma? Life experience of seemingly ruined to what can be rebuilt and reprogrammed? A reintroduction to a world you once known. Perhaps questioning of the one's you do not and those that inhabit that are familiar yet different to U.
