Dear Reader: Servants of the Lord, men and women alike. The Holy Spirit has prepared something very special for the children of God through this theme: The Crow Has Pecked You. Perhaps you have, at some point, been bitten by a venomous snake; in such moments, we quickly assume we are going to die, and we lose our faith and our hope. Well, in the case of the crow, I am speaking to you metaphorically when I say: The crow has pecked you. Do not fear; only believe. For the crow's peck is not meant to kill you; rather, it has been sent by God to peck at your head to serve as a reminder, lest you ever forget, that you were born to live in the heights! Yet, you are to walk upon the earth in the humility of Jesus. (Isaiah 57:15) For thus says the High and Lofty One who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: I dwell in the high and holy place, with him who has a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble and to revive the heart of the contrite. Note this: God mentions the word humble twice, for we were indeed born to live in the heights. Therefore, stand firm and remain humble. To Balaam, a donkey spoke. To Peter, a rooster crowed. And to you: The crow has pecked. sot hat you may remember this truth: You were born to live in the heights! Yet, you are to walk upon the earth in the humility of the Lord. You are truly going to be blessed!
