This thesis imagines if a Catdog - a creature with a cat's head on one end and a dog's head on the other, sharing one body - could evolve naturally and become a new species, inspired by the cartoon CatDog. It suggests a rare genetic fluke, like a big mutation or conjoined twins, could create it from an ancient carnivore, though cats and dogs don't mix easily. The Catdog might have one spinal cord linking both heads to move, two stomachs for cat meat and dog mixed diets merging into one intestine, and a long body with middle legs and organs, helping it hunt and watch with cat eyes and dog nose.
