What is subtle and what is manifested at the physical level are both engaged in a continuous dialogue, which at times is displayed mostly on an imaginary plane in the form of stars, lotus and spring. The ingenuity resembles what we observe at the material plane but actually it conveys much more, just like silence speaks with greater depth than what words do. All the corporeal, mental and other meta-physical dimensions converge to give the realisation of a continuous space of consciousness that encompasses all existence. Moreover, nothing lasts without a cadence, starting from an atom to huge planets, and because of this rhythm, the universe is a cosmos; not a chaos. The ultimate joy for which one is struggling day and night to experience and for which one has evolved from amoeba, little by little, lies in the recognition of this sequence that every entity is set to. After all, life is a temple where we bring in our own musical instrument to set it to the tune of the universe so that we attain vastness, completing the journey from the foothills of mortality to the mountainous chain of immortality. And that is what is called as the worship of the divinity. If life remains confined to the lanes of shallowness, where will be the space for the chariot of divinity to arrive at?
The bouquet of poems painted on the canvass of this volume aims at capturing these realizations, which are incomprehensible while envisaged at a tangible surface. What we may tend to feel momentarily after achieving tranquility occasionally, may actually exist eternally. But the irresistible interferences of the daily trifles and the lack of our forbearance to withstand them, make the process of mingling of the individual with the universal difficult. It is not impossible, though. Like the mild tremours in an island retrieved from the depth of the ocean and the ripples in the pool of water certain impressions emerge and they tend to ascend like the mystic wind blowing gently on the hill-top. They reach the highest surface of the bodily materialization and offers guidance to set out of the cave. The unhurt (and numinous) sound is heard, the fragrance beyond the olfactory capacity is received, the light surpassing the optical limit is observed and an overall loving touch mingles with every atom of the human existence. The collection carries forward these delicate sensations to the reader, reminding continuously to remain alert and keep the channels open for the finer blossoms to flourish and the inexplicable vibrations to trickle down and fill the actuality to the brim. These poems recapitulate the ethereal encounters, and the moments and the surroundings which stayed testimony to them. How the external objects entered the internal space and how the inner images emerged and mixed with the outer bodies - all full of life, for there is nothing outside consciousness - bear in-depth mechanisms which facilitate the interactions between the two, constantly. The external dives into the depth seeking its impression and churning out the essence from the innermost shrine and the internal looks for its stanzas inscribed on the leaves and grasses, unraveling the mystical processes at place.
