This book sheds light on the impact of internal communication within an institution. We conducted our study at the National Assembly of the DRC, the country's largest institution, with a staff of over 300 internal agents. internal communication plays a crucial role within any institution, whether public or private. Internal communication refers to the exchange of information, messages and values between staff or members of an organization. In addition to transmitting information internally, internal communication enables a company to develop a close relationship with its employees. Using ethnographic methods, interviews and observation techniques, we discovered the importance of internal communication and its impact on the internal workings of the National Assembly of the DRC.This book has three chapters: the first focuses on the conceptual and theoretical framework, the second presents the field of investigation and the last gives the results and interpretation of our survey at the National Assembly of the DRC.
