Grand Lodges may adopt Constitutions and By Laws for their government, not inconsistent with thi Constitution and general laws of the Supreme Lodge provided such Constitution shall be in force when ai proved by the Supreme Master Workman, unless di approved by the Supreme Lodge. After the institutio of a Grand Lodge and the adoption of a Constitution no alteration or amendment shall be made to such Cc stitution, unless such alteration or amendment be p: posed in writing at a session of the Grand Lodge I least three months previous to the regular session c said Grand Lodge, a copy of which shall be submitte to each Subordinate Lodge, and if adopted at the nei regular session of the Grand Lodge by a vote of two thirds of the entire number to which the members rolled at such meeting shall be entitled, and approve as above, the same shall be in force, and not othei wise; provided, Grand Lodges may, by such vote two-thirds, abrogate the foregoing provisions requiri the alteration or amendment to be proposed in writin at a session of the Grand Lodge at least three montl previous to the regular session, and that a copy be sui mitted to each Subordinate Lodge.
