If one could sell an idea that comes from the imagination and place it in poetic form, would that person be a poet? Yes, poetry is a gift, given to implant in the readers mind a thought that will stimulate their mind above the mundane happenstance of a routine day. Poetic thought infuses excitement into the thought process of a reader to try and understand what the poet is expressing. Each person who reads a poem may have different views that often may vary with another person's interpretation of the same poem. So poetry is then, a true conflict of thought.
