The Concept of Nature is a collection of lectures delivered by Alfred North Whitehead in November 1919 at Trinity College. In this book, Whitehead discusses the concept of nature and its relation to science and philosophy. He argues that nature is not a fixed and immutable entity, but rather a process that is constantly changing and evolving. Whitehead also explores the role of perception and experience in our understanding of nature, and how these factors shape our scientific and philosophical views. He further delves into the relationship between nature and society, and how our understanding of nature has influenced our social and political systems. Overall, The Concept of Nature is a thought-provoking exploration of the complex relationship between humanity and the natural world. This Is A New Release Of The Original 1920 Edition. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
