The main objective of this study is to analyze the communication practices used by ProGEM/GIZ in order to identify their impact on the population of the Rural Commune of Kourni. To do this, we adopted a mixed method: quantitative and qualitative. The results obtained showed, firstly, that almost all of those interviewed are sufficiently informed about the issue of irregular migration of women through the communication activities undertaken by ProGEM / GIZ / Zinder. Secondly, the results proved the participation of the population in the various communication actions. Thirdly, these results reveal significant participation of the population in communication activities, motivated by several reasons: to be informed, to learn and to listen.
