Welcome, Shalom Ivrit is a special colouring book because it takes children and adults alike on a fascinating journey into the world of the Hebrew language. Through creative colouring and designing, the Jewish letters - the Alef-Bejt - can be discovered in a playful way and the first points of contact with the Hebrew language can be created. Hebrew is a language with deep cultural and historical roots that connects us to a rich tradition and history. This colouring book has been designed to encourage the learning of the Alef-Bejt in an intuitive and entertaining way. The simple, appealing illustrations are accompanied by Hebrew words that place each letter in a meaningful context. In this way, children learn not only how the letters are written, but also how they are used in everyday words. There is also a practice area for each letter to practise handwriting. This makes learning even more interactive and versatile and helps to better understand the letter shapes both visually and motorically.
