This book provides an up-to-date introduction to collecting of Victorian, Edwardian and Post-war bottles and other artefacts from chemist shops for the newcomer to the hobby or those with a casual interest in the subject. Through the items in my own collection, I offer a fascinating glimpse at what these areas of collecting have to offer. This book provides an introduction to the items themselves and the businesses that supported their creation with over 240 photographs and images. Since the 1980s, little has been written of a general nature for newcomers to the hobby, so this book is long overdue.
