Frank grew up in Houghton, Michigan (in the Upper Peninsula) and holds an undergraduate degree from Beloit College in Wisconsin. He also earned both a law degree and an MBA from The Ohio State University and became a CPA while working as a tax consultant with what is now PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He currently lives in Blacklick, Ohio (just outside Columbus) with his wife, Linda. Together, they have three great kids-Lucas, Logan, and Chase.
