Trying a meatless Monday, only means, not eating meat once a week, which is not asking too much to help change the course of global warming. Meatless Mondays will not only help reduce deforestation, a major contributor to global warming, but you'll be building a healthier you, as well. So, a little effort, to reduce, reuse, and recycle, will go a very long way and make a major impact on climate change. Be a part of the movement to lead the way to save our planet.
