This is not a book that I would have normally read, but I went to a reading by the author and was mesmerized by his incredible skill at drawing you in with sensational detail. I was right there in the story and was spellbound by this affecting and powerful book! The writing is excellent, the story is compelling and the book has a message that touches your soul, one you will not forget! Looking forward to more from Randall Lane! This is the second book I've read by this author and I really love the way he crafts his stories. He is super talented and one of the few who can draw you so deep into the story it makes it feel like you are one of the characters. Love his style and voice. I will be reading everything this guy puts out. Give his books a try if you like Stephen King like stories and characters. He's really good. - Lynn R
