This book is a collection of short stories that walks through time & space with temporary stops at various 'make-believe' dances with just a bit of reality mixed in. Almost of the short stories are light & fluffy fictional tales although there's just a bit of social commentary intertwined within some of the stories as well. This book is a subset of the initial book 'Chitter-Chatter on a Nickel' with stories it shared with the book '...ain't we all the same?' deleted. The purpose was to lighten the load of the original chitter-chatter book.

The stories were triggered by memories, observations and 'make-believe' dances in a stroll through time. The light & fluffy-stories are often built around such delightfully odd characters as Mia the cat, alligators, polar bears, scruffy-dog, as well as other characters too, all of whom are playing in scenes of youthful & elder tomfoolery, odd shaped romances in lands of enchantment, holiday stories, introspection & reflections, friendships, and angels & hope, to round it out.
