This book is a relatively systematic and comprehensive academic monograph on the history of Yugoslavia. It aims to gather sufficient threads from the vast array of available evidence, scholarly research, and diplomatic reports to connect the two Yugoslavias with their origins, to link the respective strengths and weaknesses of both Yugoslav states, and to connect their bloody demise with the complete historical context, thereby offering insightful new analysis and interpretation.
This book serves as a reference work for students and scholars in fields such as history and international relations, and is also an important resource for general readers seeking to understand the history of Yugoslavia.
