寇强，男，1975年生于新疆，1994年考入华北电力大学 1998年毕业后在新疆电力设计院任工程师，2000年考入西安交通大学攻读硕士学位，2003年获得工学硕士学位。2007年在广西创办珠算、珠心算培训机构，至今从事珠算、珠心算等教育管理工作15年时间，是珠算、珠心算相关领域专家。历任柳州教育培训行业协会会长，广西神墨校委会会长等职。
主要研究方向：珠算及珠心算；道家思想及修行；人工智能等。公开发表学术论文近十篇，其中《在道教内外丹体系中论神的作用、发展及意义》、《制器尚象 道器一体-珠算是中国造物文化中道器一体思想的集中体现》、《探索元认知与珠心算的深刻关系》，获得广泛关注。
