众多私民，互不信任，闷头卷入暗箱操作，算计私利，弱肉强食。以私谋私，以私斗私，以私换私，以私养私，以私助私，以私为本。各有其私，各行其私，各算其私，各争其私，各求其私，各保其私。见识短浅，愚昧麻木，拉帮结派，一地鸡毛，妒忌报复，不择手段，腐败蔓延，苟且度日。
在华夏由自成天下，变为世界里的中国之后，人们发现了已经普遍存在的公民社会。
