Heidi lost both of her parents since childhood and was taken in and raised by her aunt. That day, my aunt left her to her grandfather who lived alone on an Alpine ranch because she was going to work in a big city. Grandpa lived in seclusion a long time ago, with a strange temper. The villagers were afraid of him and dared not approach him. But the innocent and lovely Heidi gradually melted her grandfather's cold heart, and they spent a carefree and happy time together.
Later, Auntie deceived Heidi and sold her to a wealthy family in Frankfurt, asking her to be a playmate for Miss Clara, who had a disability in both legs. Heidi's arrival brought a lot of joy to Clara, and the two little girls became good friends who were compatible with each other. But Heidi's nature is free and unrestrained, unable to adapt to the strict control of the housekeeper, and she increasingly misses her hometown; Unable to disappoint Clara's kindness and unable to escape alone, she quietly buried her sadness in her heart, eventually accumulating depression and suffering from sleepwalking
What will be the ending for the kind little Heidi? Will she and Clara find happiness?
