As two clocks lilt in opposing grooves

What in reality was a steady progression over time felt like the span of a nineties sitcom episode. One day as eyeglasses sat on Timothy Samuel's nose, they literally changed his perspective, while simultaneously growing a new yearning to see beyond the surface. Somewhere in the blur of graduations, weddings, and a pandemic, each of these events, while starkly different in nature, prompted reflection.

In a collection of poems, Timothy explores a multitude of topics about feelings and experiences through mindful lenses that include seeing and appreciating the people around him, the beauty of nature, and himself as he looks in the mirror and sees a different man.
