This is my story. These poems are my poems. Parkinson's Disease - at least as it describes itself here - is my disease ... I am living with it. I am living with it well, I think. I like to think. I am. At any rate. And I am the one dying with it.I address this ... issue ... with poetry; that's the way my mind functions. I address my Parkinson's by taking photographs, and by sitting up at 3:40 in the morning(s) - currently - to draw pictures ... rough sketches with pencil, and pen, and watercolors -My tremors limit the time I can spend on this.My imagination - my writing and drawing and painting - limits my tremors ... to an extent ... or it appears to -Ceding Dreams is how I address my life with Parkinson's.It follows upon my earlier collection of poems - One True Thing About Parkinson's Disease And The Ten Thousand Things That Follow -
