For those saw collector who have American saws, these catalog cuts are from the top four early manufacturers. Henry Disston & Sons (1918), E. C. Atkins & Company Catalog No. 19 (1923), Simonds Saw Catalog (1916) and C.E. Jennings Catalog (1918). Tool collectors use original catalogs to identify the vintage tools they find. Since the original catalog are sometimes difficult to find and an original copy is hard to find at a reasonable price, reprinted catalogs work well.
