L'atenció no és estar quiet ni fer-ho perfecte.
També es pot moure, jugar, escoltar, observar, respirar... i tornar.
Atenció Viva 6-8 és un quadern d'activitats per a nens i nenes de 6 a 8 anys que convida a explorar l'atenció des del cos, els sentits, el joc i la presència.
A través de petites missions, els infants poden experimentar amb el moviment, la mirada, el tacte, l'escolta, l'observació de la natura i les pauses, descobrint a poc a poc diferents maneres de tornar quan es distreuen o perden el fil.
El quadern proposa un recorregut a través de:
- el cos i el moviment
Experiències de coordinació, ritme i consciència corporal.
- els sentits
Escoltar, tocar, comparar, descobrir i explorar allò que ens envolta.
- la mirada atenta
Jocs per aturar-se, observar i trobar petits detalls.
- la natura i l'exterior
Propostes per fer durant un passeig, en un jardÃ, una terrassa o qualsevol entorn quotidià .
- la pausa i el retorn
Respiració i petites estratègies per tornar al que està vem fent.
- l'escolta i el joc
Activitats amb senyals, regles, sons i atenció compartida.
No és un quadern per acabar de pressa.
No cal fer-lo sencer ni seguir sempre el mateix ordre. Una activitat pot durar només uns minuts, repetir-se moltes vegades o deixar-se per a un altre dia.
Es pot utilitzar a casa, durant les vacances, en un viatge, en tallers, casals o simplement en un moment tranquil del dia.
Les propostes estan pensades per acompanyar sense pressió, respectant el ritme de cada infant i convertint cada activitat en una petita experiència de descoberta.
Una proposta de Can Riure per acostar-se a l'atenció des d'una mirada més amable, corporal, sensorial i present.
Perquè estar atent no vol dir no perdre's mai. També vol dir descobrir com tornar.
