This book does not teach moral passivity. It does not ask readers to ignore danger, excuse wrongdoing, abandon evidence, surrender boundaries, or distrust every perception.
It teaches sober clarity: the capacity to perceive deeply, claim proportionately, remain open to correction, preserve agency, protect the vulnerable, reject falsehood without contempt, and leave room for what remains unknown.
