Carl and the Lost Shadow

Chef Carl, alone in the world, suddenly finds he has a mysterious companion in the form of a shadow. Times have been hard for Carl. He's jobless and living out of his car. Everywhere he turns he is confronted by enemies and burned bridges. But the shadow is a friend... and strangely, those who had wronged Carl are now facing death.

This is a chilling glimpse unto the abyss of a deeply tormented soul, and it's quite impossible to look away. Not an easy thing to pull off. -Paul (reader)
