Camp Frecklopia is a delightful story about Smidgeon, Patches, and Pocky who decide to spend their first summer in Frecklopia volunteering at Camp Frecklopia. When they arrive at camp, they meet Mr. Motley, the camp organizer, and get settled in their bunk huts. They make new friends with the playful twin Bambi deer, Polk and Dot. But the biggest challenge comes when the Mandrill Brothers propose a water-skiing contest. Patches is scared of water-skiing, but with the help of her friends and the soothing music from the Fiddlemites, she learns to overcome her fears. In the end, Smidgeon, Patches, and Pocky work together to win the water-skiing contest. They celebrate their victory with a joyful campfire with everyone.
