When our family landed in Casablanca, we thought we were beginning just another holiday - but Morocco had other plans. With a hired car and a sense of adventure, we drove south toward Agadir, where the ocean breeze and golden sunsets greeted us for a week we'll never forget.
From the peaceful rhythm of Agadir's beaches to the winding roads that led us through Tafraout's rose-colored rocks, the hidden pools of Paradise Valley, and the surreal dunes of the Mini Sahara, every turn revealed a different Morocco - generous, surprising, and full of heart.
We laughed at the sight of tree-climbing goats, shared tea with strangers who felt like friends, and even met kind-hearted police who turned a speeding stop into a smile and a warning. In every encounter, from the medina to the mountains, Morocco's warmth wrapped around us like the scent of mint and orange blossom.
