Burnham McGee and The Honey Tree is a delightful story of a man who often gets misunderstood because of how he responds to his emotions. His face reacts to his negative emotions in such a way that causes him to glare. This glare creates havoc by causing sensational things to happen when others see it. This is the story of how Burnham made plans to collect honey, but when he got there, someone else had gotten a head start on him. His response caused a shocking result! This story is meant to be a bedtime story with parents reading it to their children. The book comes with a link to a parent's guide as a discussion starter to discuss themes related to anger and emotions and how they impact not only the person feeling them but the people around them as well. Other themes for discussion relate to unmet expectations and care for others.
