Brotherland

Palestine, 1948. As the war ravages the now-divided country, twin infant brothers in a burned-up convoy are unknowingly separated. One is collected by a Palestinian family on the run, the other by a freshly settled Jewish couple. The twins spend their lives on opposite sides of the divide, fearing, hating, and fighting the enemy in an ever-increasing spiral of violence where death and sorrow are part of everyday life. As the years go by, and the conflict rages on, war after war, their torment continues... Will fate bring them together just as it drove them apart? What if it did? Will they make peace with the fact that they are brothers? That this is their land to share? Brotherland, while based on the true timeline of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, is a fictional novel with a very simple tagline: one look from both sides.
