This collection of poetry attempts to describe into words the complexities of Bipolar Disorder showing the dichotomy between the nightmares and dreams of waking and sleep. Bipolar Disorder is a mental illness always effecting the nights and days, consuming every thought. My poems try to convey the expansive range of feelings, while conveying how Bipolar Disorder distorts everything.
