The first book, Child of The Devil's Garden is the autobiographical adventures of first 17 years of a young boy's life, born and raised during the lumbering industry's boom in the high, rugged, most northeastern county of California. It is a combination of personal stories of growing up, along with a mixture of historical facts about the area, including the Modoc Indian War and the Big Lakes Logging Camp. Beyond Devil's Garden is the second in a series of autobiographical stories of this young boy as he comes to manhood, continually chasing varying adventures. It is full of stories of an array of interesting characters that are met in high-tech companies, sports cars, cowboy bars, stagecoach adventures, and sailing over the next thirty years of his life.
