People in these areas would think about their interactions with their students, patients or clients, and decipher how these worked and what lessons they could take away. Reflection is a very personal thing and different people will define it in different ways. Being a Reflective teacher is a close look at the various classroom experiences and the need to make reflective teaching as a regular classroom practice to enhance introspection, self-reflection, self-assessment and guided thinking.
