How would you live your life if you remembered what came before it? Would you do anything differently if you knew what was to come? What if you already had all of the answers to life's questions, who are we, where do we come from, why are we here? Would it make your life better or worse? Virginia Jameson was born remembering. She came into this world knowing where we really come from and to where we all return. She remembers her previous life and how it ended with her own brutal murder. This knowledge haunts her, tortures her, and guides her through a life she doesn't want but finds herself unable to leave. Her journey begins with her quest to find someone from her previous life and takes her down a path she never could have imagined. She will struggle with the truth, humanity and how to make a meaningless life have meaning. She will witness the devastating effects of her inability to live fully as a human on all of those who love her most. And she will remain halfway between this world and the next until she can finally accept her own reality and make a choice that will determine not only her own destiny, but the fate of us all.
