Badger's Magic will take you on the emotional, coming-of-age journey of Ryan Braxton, a tormented, fatherless teen who suffers at the hands of his relentless bullies. Ryan, the smallest kid in school, wanted only two things. He wanted to fit in, and he wanted to play football. Ryan's incredible story of triumph and magic may be just the inspiration his niece, April, needs.

April Walker was a sweet, innocent, and talented twelve-year-old girl. She maintained good grades and stayed out of trouble. She loved the theater and acting, and she was getting quite good. There was one problem, however. When she was not delivering her lines on stage, April spoke with a stutter.

Bullies ruined April's first day of junior high with their cruel teasing. She burst into tears as she walked home from the bus stop. After dinner, April confided in her mother. Laura Walker knew just what to do.

Laura suggested that April talk to her uncle Ryan. He would be able to help.

April wondered how her successful uncle Ryan, a former football star and the most popular kid in school, could possibly understand what she was going through.

April did speak to her uncle. She was amazed to learn the truth about her uncle, his past, and the secret of the magic he possessed.
