A gentle and inspiring story about facing change with courage and grace. Perfect for ages 3 to 8.
Brisa is a pink-winged butterfly who loves when everything stays just the way it is.
She finds comfort in familiar paths, favorite places, and predictable days in the Forest of Lúa. But one morning, the forest begins to change-colors shift, paths transform, and the wind carries new songs. Brisa doesn't feel ready... and she's afraid of losing everything she knows.
As she flutters through her fear, Brisa meets kind friends who help her understand that change is not something to resist-it's a part of life, of growth, and of becoming more of who we are. Slowly, she learns that letting go can be the beginning of something beautiful.
Brisa the Butterfly Who Didn't Want to Change is part of the Guardians of the Forest of Lúa series-a heartfelt collection of illustrated books that help children navigate their emotions and life's changes with kindness, courage, and inner light.
Why families and educators love this story:
- Helps children understand and accept change in a gentle, hopeful way
- Beautiful nature-themed illustrations and comforting language
