Black Ink is an exploration of language, communication, the human connection to words and images and the impact of these elements on our lives, on the role they play in shaping our perceptions and experiences. This bilingual collection is a beautifully crafted fusion of art and literature, inviting readers to unlock the cryptic messages hidden within the ink and press of our world. It touches upon the transformative power of words, the weight of news, and the art of press, all while inviting readers to contemplate the deeper meanings hidden within these everyday symbols.
Complementing the evocative poetry are stunning China ink paintings that provide a visual dimension to the themes explored. These intricate and thought-provoking artworks not only enhance the reader's understanding but also add an additional layer of depth and interpretation to the poems.
