This cause came on this day again to be heard upon the papers formerly read, and the petition of Decatur Axtell, Receiver, this day filed and the exhibits filed therewith, was argued by counsel, whereupon it is adjudged, ordered and decreed that the Receivers, heretofore appointed in this cause, do collect, receive and receipt for the rents, issues and profits growing out of the real estate and water rights in the city of Manchester, mentioned in said Receiver's petition, the same being the property conveyed to C. C. Deming by said city of Manchester, and afterwards by said C, C. Defning to the defendant Company, and to apply the same to the payment of the interest upon the seventy-one thousand Manchester City eight per cent bonds, still outstanding, and the thirty four thousand Manchester Improvement five per cent bonds, now outstanding, as the same matured on the 1st day of August, 1S83, or shall hereafter mature, said Receivers to make special report from time to time of their receipts and disbursements in this regard to the Court. And said Receivers are further authorized and directed to lease out the whole or any part of the said real estate and water rights of water, upon the most advantageous terms they can make, such loans to be reported at once to this Court for its approval.
