So many today practice and train in a martial art as a self defence system as a protection in such a violent world. But what do the Biblical scriptures tell us about the training in such systems today? This is a booklet which has been written after much personal contemplation and study, and it is of my opinion that one's Scriptural based viewpoint is entirely based on interpretation and conscience. It is for that reason that the layout of this booklet investigating this question has been constructed as a consolidation of relevant verses so that the scriptures speak for themselves with very little commentary which could seem biased.
