What happens when people do not know who they are worshipping when celebrating Halloween? Is it acceptable to celebrate Halloween out of ignorance of its meaning? The answer is: NO!

The apostle Paul warned the church in Galatia about worshipping non-existent entities. Formerly, when they did not know God, they served those who are not really gods. (Galatians 4:8). Pagans who thought they were honoring the true God were actually worshiping demons. Today's young people who dress up and celebrate this day are not worshiping the true God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, but are serving the god of this world that has blinded them (2 Corinthians 4:4). Do you want to serve the god of the dead? Halloween is a holiday to worship the god of the dead, not the true God, the God of the living.
