As you are reading this book, there are millions of life coaches, counselors, psychologists and other professionals out there, offering their services. Each of them is doing their job for their own motives - from those who are primarily motivated by money, to those who are motivated by passion, the need to use their knowledge for something good, and altruism. The latter is the reason this book came into existence. If it helps you help other people, that is sufficient for me. What I am about to describe in this book is a method I call the separation method.
