These black-and-white Japanese paper dolls were hand-drawn by me from actual Japanese paper dolls created by my mother, Teresita D Suselo, using Japanese yuzen washi, wazome, bingata and other Japanese hand-made papers. She has been making these dolls and other paper crafts since 1994. The original dolls from which the images in this book have been taken could be found on her flickr page (www.flickr.com/photos/tengds). The dolls come in various sizes: small (such as those that fit on ATCs (Artist Trading Cards) and ACEOs (Artist Cards Editions and Originals), medium (for greeting cards, boxes, and gift bags) and tall for framing.
