On the evening of Feb. 23, we had the honor of initiating the following Faculty members as honorary members, George R. Dean, Prof. of Mathematics; Leon S. Griswold, Prof. of Geology. Leon E. Garrett, Assistant Prof. of Mathematics. Immediately after the initiation-, Mo. Beta chapter repaired to the Grant House to participate in the first banquet ever held by an honorary society in Rolla. Though at present the baby chapter, the members of Missouri Beta are displaying the greatest possible amount of enthusiasm in furthering the aims of Tau Beta Pi. Betore tne next appearance of the Bent, the chapter hopes to have its affairs running so smoothly as to allow of a most interesting chapter letter. Victor H. Hughes.
