Beauty to Embrace in an Afternoon Volume 3: The Landscapes of C. Sperry Andrews III

This book presents a selection of landscapes and other subjects (architecture, transportation, industrial and leisure), conceived and created by my father between 1955 and 1995. The works are grouped thematically rather than chronologically. My objective has been to honor his work, preserve his legacy, and make his art accessible once more, as much of it has remained out of public view. To introduce his work to readers unfamiliar with him, I have included material from his personal archives-notes, diaries, letters-and remembrances shared at his memorial service.
