A native of the Caribbean hailing from the island of Saint Vincent, Eugenia Leslie grew up surrounded by family and all the rich traditions of the country. After immigrating to Canada she had to learn how to adapt to a new life abroad, while still maintaining her very cultured roots. Eugenia uses her love for poetry and the Word of God to encourage people to remain confident during life's obstacles. She draws from stories during her childhood to help illustrate her messages of faith, hope and perseverance. The lessons she has learned have instilled in her a sense of resilience that remain with her to this day. She wants people to be reminded of the strength God provides, and to assert their unique God-given identity as they pursue their dreams in life. This is what she does, and will continue to do as long as she lives.
