The novel begins with Leo Korthals, a brilliant and principled tech CEO whose life is destroyed by a perfidious conspiracy of lies and manipulation. Unjustly imprisoned, Leo discovers the shocking truth from Spinner: the seemingly round Earth is in reality a flat disc, secretly controlled by an ancient reptilian species called the Draka who manipulate human consciousness. Equipped with Spinner's knowledge and a Resonance Focus Helmet (RSV), Leo escapes, vowing revenge on the system that broke him.
Leo goes underground, becoming a digital nomad of the underworld. He uses his hacking skills and the RSV to expose Draka agents in power, such as Judge Falk, Prosecutor Reed, and Senator Albright, shattering their human facades and plunging them into living nightmares. This brutal revenge sparks global chaos and shakes the system to its core, revealing the Draka's deep infiltration of media and governments.
Pursued by the Draka, Leo seeks allies. He receives a mental message from the South Pole from the mysterious Reichsdeutsche. This hidden civilization, dispatching agents to find Leo, offers him protection and a crucial alliance. Leo embarks on a perilous sea voyage through icy storms and Draka surveillance.
At the South Pole, Leo discovers the underground Reichsdeutsche base, a highly advanced, hidden city within the eternal ice. There, Commander Isolde Richter confirms the ancient truths: the flat Earth, the Draka's manipulation, and that the Moon was their central command and frequency weapon, powered by the Hidden Core deep within the Earth's interior - the true source of the Draka-binding Absence, an all-encompassing dark power, a counterpart to God though not of equal absolute might. Ancient Germanic songs foretold these truths.
Leo undergoes intensive training, perfecting his mind power and mastering Reichsdeutsche flying discs. A critical alliance is forged with the benevolent reptilian Vash'ai, who resisted the Absence. Together, they neutralize the Hidden Core, severing the Draka's bond to the Absence, leading to their retreat and the silencing of the Moon.
This victory ushers in an era of peace and unity on the liberated, flourishing Earth. Under the wise leadership of the Reichsdeutsche - who uphold the principle of everyone lives as they wish - diseases (once Draka weapons) vanish, new technologies blossom, and humanity begins to realize its full potential.
Although peace reigns, Leo feels a longing to explore the other continents and realms beyond the Ice Wall, which the Reichsdeutsche have long known about and traded with. He sets out with his two closest friends. Their journey leads them to the Iron City, a breathtaking metropolis behind the South Pole, founded by ancient American researchers, boasting antigravity and telepathy. There, Leo meets Lyra, an Aethel woman of timeless beauty and profound knowledge. A tender yet deeply significant love story develops between them, healing Leo's soul and granting him new strength for the adventures in the uncharted expanses of the flat world.
The novel is an odyssey through hidden realities, filled with intrigue, breathtaking discoveries, epic battles, complex alliances, and the profound transformation of a man fighting for the ultimate freedom of humanity.
