Growing up should have been simple. Safe. Ordinary.
But for me, childhood was a battlefield I never asked to enter.
From long bus rides to a tiny country school, to the sting of bullying, to the chaos waiting at home, I learned early how to survive what I couldn't understand. Some days it was a teacher's cruelty. Other days it was the silence of adults who looked away. And sometimes, it was the people who were supposed to protect me who caused the deepest wounds.

Yet even in the middle of fear and confusion, God kept giving me small places of refuge - a gentle horse beneath me, a kind teacher, a moment of quiet, a breath of peace. I didn't know it then, but He was already strengthening a little girl who would one day tell her story.
This is the beginning of my journey.
